I've never seen so much rice in my life as I've seen here in Kuwait! There are over 15 types of brands in the grocery stores. I admit, previous to living here I could only think of Wild Rice, Minute Rice and Rice-a-Roni (the San Fransisco treat!) Oh yeah and Brown rice, the healthy one.
Whenever we go to the grocery store, I am constantly amazed at the types and varieties of rice. Mostly they vary by country. I've seen Eqyptian Rice, Indian Rice, but alas no Wild Rice (but I have my hopes!)
However, this is a picture of my newest favorite Rice. I think I'll buy some for my next party.
