Keepin in touch Wisconsin part one

I had a chance to take a long road trip with one of my oldest, closest friends in August. Traveling with him was the best medicine as we covered serious topics, fun topics, silly topics and there were even moments of silence ( though very few as we both like to talk). Spending the night at the beautiful home with him , his beautiful wife and fabulous mother in law was also fantastic.
I am running out of adjectives to describe this experience. Nothing special happened yet it was so nice and so comfortable, it just made my heart glow.
It's true... Old friends are the best friends.
Pictured below:
1.Mommy helps me sew my quilt for Ben. Her help was priceless.
2. Mommy and her daughter X are both very beautiful. I know now where X gets her spunk.
3. My long time friend and Brother MDMC and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing evening watching the Olympics. One of those nights where not a lot was spoken but a lot was shared.
