Thanks to LE back in PR, I now know that I didn't "make up" this phrase (I really thought I did folks!) There's quite a few references on google (duh!) but LE points out that this is actually the title of a song by Gaelic Storm. I can't hear it right now (computer with itunes doesn't work right now, don't ask, that's ANOTHER story) but I would like to share the words with you because they are cute.
