Hiding the tears so they don't know I am sad

Having said goodbye to one child earlier this week, I am once again putting my metal jacket on my heart to Say goodbye to my last child as she gets ready to fly the nest.
I know this is a good thing..I know children are supposed to leave and venture out into the world on their own..I know that both my children are smart and capable...but it doesn't make it easier.
