We took a leisurely drive from our fantastic mountain home in Lofou into Lemosos ( Limassol). David let me off at a store while he parked the car. I shopped and shopped, all without money as David had it. I think the ladies of the Cyprus handicraft store thought I was homeless. Finally david appeared, we ought a few things and started back to the car. That is she David told me he wasn't quite sure where he had parked it. We took an interesting stroll through the neighborhoods stopping here and there. Finally he remembered and we headed off for this little town "famous" for handmade baskets. It was also surrounded by a british airbase. The town was about the size of Herman but was closed up tight. Finally we found a little old lady who took us into her kitchen and sold us baskets. We then wandered more and finally ended up at our destination in another village . All in all it was a day of living the quote " it is the journey, not the destination".
